Code Ann. § 21-27-141","body":"(1) Any person or persons who may violate any of the provisions of Sections 21-27-131 , 21-27-135 , 21-27-137 , or 21-27-139 , shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction shall be fined not more than $50.00 or thirty days in jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.\n\n(2) Failure of any owner or operator to comply with any of the requirements of Section 21-27-133 shall be cause for the revocation or suspension of his permit, or a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, or both.","path":["MS Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"6c83a4a9248e673f9d2f04feb72d25c47ce9e74b2ab1e6ae12e0a1c0758c1f04","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-21-27-139","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-21-27-15"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
