Code Ann. § 21-29-215","body":"The commissioner of insurance, the attorney general, and the secretary of state of the State of Mississippi, shall be and are constituted a body to be known as the “board of disability and relief appeals,” with full duty and power to hear, consider and determine all matters brought before it on appeal from decisions of the boards of disability and relief.
