Code Ann. § 21-35-9","body":"The budget as finally determined, in addition to setting out separately each item for which any appropriation of expenditures is authorized to be expended and the fund out of which the same is to be paid, shall set out the total amount appropriated and authorized to be expended from each fund, the cash balance in the fund at the close of the present preceding fiscal year, the working cash balance necessary for the next fiscal year, the estimated amount, if any, which will accrue to the fund from sources other than taxation for the current fiscal year, and the amount necessary to be raised for each fund by tax levy during the current fiscal year.
