Code Ann. § 21-37-35","body":"The governing authorities of any municipality having a park commission shall appropriate and pay to such park commissioners annually such funds as may be necessary, in the opinion of such governing authorities, to properly operate and maintain said parks, playgrounds and swimming pools.
