Code Ann. § 21-41-21","body":"The treasurer shall immediately report to the clerk of the municipality, or to the officer performing the duties of such clerk, any assessment paid in full. The collector shall annually report to the clerk of the municipality, or to the officer performing the duties of such clerk, the installments paid in that year.
