Code Ann. § 25-53-119","body":"The bureau shall, subject to the provisions of Sections 25-53-101 through 25-53-125 , have sole authority and responsibility for defining the specific telecommunications equipment, systems and related services to which the provisions of Sections 25-53-101 through 25-53-125 shall be applicable.
