Code Ann. § 25-55-28","body":"When a state warrant has been lost or destroyed before having been paid by the State Treasurer, and a photocopy of such warrant is presented for payment to the State Treasurer by a qualified state depository bank or a Federal Reserve bank, a duplicate warrant need not be issued in order for payment to be made.
