Code Ann. § 27-1-55","body":"(1) As required in the rules and regulations adopted by the Office of the State Auditor, the Education and Certification Board, in cooperation with the Center for Governmental Training and Technology within the Mississippi State University Extension Service, shall conduct the continuing education sessions for tax collectors, assessor-tax collectors and their deputies on an annual basis.
