Code Ann. § 27-104-29","body":"(1) The Legislative Budget Office or the State Fiscal Officer may request and the Attorney General is authorized, upon receipt of such request, to bring an injunctive action against any special-fund agency failing to comply with the terms of Sections 27-103-101 through 27-103-139 and 27-104-1 through 27-104-29 .\n\n(2) Such injunctive action by the Attorney General may be either a mandatory injunction to force the filing of the required budget or a prohibitory injunction to prevent the special-fund agency from engaging in further business or other activities until such time as the terms of Sections 27-103-101 through 27-103-139 and 27-104-1 through 27-104-29 have been complied with.","path":["MS Code","Title 27"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"1800fe80b658ae07d5b8e0092af75e33accb3361b34860847e535b5262723cb2","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-27-104-27","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-27-104-3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
