Code Ann. § 27-109-11","body":"(1) Each applicant for a privilege license for a cruise vessel shall pay an application fee of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).\n\n(2) Each licensee shall pay a license fee of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).\n\n(3) Each cruise vessel licensed hereunder shall pay a boarding fee of Three Dollars and Fifty Cents ($3.50) per passenger to the commission.
