Code Ann. § 27-5-151","body":"The Legislature hereby declares its intent and purpose to achieve a greater degree of economy and efficiency in the government of this state. Achievement of this end is essential to counter the accelerating rate of the cost and complexity of government, as well as to meet the continuing demand for services.
