Code Ann. § 31-17-41","body":"The state bond retirement commission shall keep full and accurate minutes of its proceedings. Full and complete records of all transactions made under the authority of Sections 31-17-27 through 31-17-43 and of all sums received into and disbursed from said state bond retirement revolving fund shall be kept by the secretary; and an annual report thereof shall be made by the commission, which shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State and be subject to public inspection.
