Code Ann. § 31-7-63","body":"Any person who violates the provisions of Section 31-7-61 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days or by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
