Code Ann. § 33-15-505","body":"(1) The agency shall:\n\n(a) Promulgate regulations and develop procedures to govern the administration of this program, including a reimbursement process with a written form for each county or municipality to submit eligible expenditures to the agency and receive reimbursement from the agency;\n\n(b) Inform each county and municipality of its portion of the funds set aside under Section 5 of this act;\n\n(c) Inform each county and municipality of the requirements for reimbursement under the program, including the definition of an eligible expenditure under Section 2(h) of this act;\n\n(d) Begin making initial disbursements to the counties and municipalities no later than August 15, 2020, for applicable, submitted eligible expenditures; and\n\n(e) Continue to accept and reimburse rolling applications after August 15, 2020.\n\n(2) The agency may retain up to Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) of funds available under this act to administer this program.","path":["MS Code","Title 33"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"7a3daa8776a0b525730e46707c4b7a7351701de11c9456e4da618d3a794ea720","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-33-15-503","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-33-15-507"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
