Code Ann. § 37-1-12","body":"The State Board of Education shall develop and promulgate regulations for annual reports from school districts and from the State Department of Education to the Legislature. Such regulations shall eliminate duplication, make effective use of technology and enable the Legislature to monitor education in Mississippi.
