Code Ann. § 37-101-151","body":"All trust funds which have heretofore been established for the use and benefit of any of the institutions named in Section 37-101-141 out of the proceeds of the sales or leases of any of the land specified in Sections 37-101-141 , 37-101-143 , as provided either in Chapter 45, Laws of Extraordinary Session of 1898, Chapter 46, Laws of Extraordinary Session of 1898, or Chapter 117, Laws of 1896, shall remain a fund for the use of the institution to which it is credited.
