Code Ann. § 37-104-35","body":"The Authority is authorized to provide by resolution for the issuance of revenue-refunding bonds for the purpose of refunding any revenue bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter and then outstanding, together with interest thereon to the date of such refunding bonds, and redemption premium thereon, if any.
