Code Ann. § 37-11-35","body":"(1) If any person charged by Section 37-11-29(2) or (3) to make the reports therein provided for shall willfully fail, refuse or neglect to file any such report, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or be imprisoned not exceeding six (6) months, or both.\n\n(2) If any person charged by Section 97-5-24 to make the reports therein provided for shall willfully fail, refuse or neglect to file any such report, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or be imprisoned not exceeding six (6) months, or both.","path":["MS Code","Title 37"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"a5f2e950cfae6a11258933430944e64f15f7eee946ea87b6f05ade4d7d5de49a","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-37-11-33","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-37-11-37"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
