Code Ann. § 37-23-9","body":"Except as otherwise provided in Laws, 1999, Chapter 582, 1 course of study, teacher-pupil ratio, adequacy of methods of instruction, in-service training qualifications of teachers and technicians, and necessary equipment for special education must comply with the requirements established by the state department of education.
