Code Ann. § 37-25-23","body":"In addition to and supplementary of all other powers authorized by law, the State Board of Education is hereby authorized and empowered to promulgate reasonable rules and regulations deemed necessary to carry out the legislative intent of Chapter 341, Laws of the 1962 Regular Session of the Mississippi Legislature, being Sections 37-25-1 et seq., Mississippi Code of 1972 .
