Code Ann. § 37-29-167","body":"Any state public junior college desiring any benefit available under the provisions of the Mississippi Junior College Vocational and Technical Training Law of 1964 shall make application in triplicate therefor to the Mississippi Community College Board, and submit the same in the form and manner as said commission may direct.\n\nThe board of trustees of the junior college district is required and it is empowered to allocate local matching funds on at least a fifty-fifty basis to supplement state funds, and the commission shall determine the rules and conditions appertaining to same.\n\nThe board of trustees is authorized to receive all grants, scholarships or donations in carrying out the provisions of said law.","path":["MS Code","Title 37"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"b33335e338c2a1f6ded3fced6f475b4f152a64607b3ef1251a5db8e45f19b09a","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-37-29-165","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-37-29-169"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
