Code Ann. § 37-29-263","body":"Any other provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the various junior colleges of the state are authorized to defray the cost of providing electronic data processing equipment out of any available funds acquired from taxes levied within the junior college district, whether designated for capital expenditures or operating costs, whether such equipment is acquired by purchase, lease or under any other form of contract.
