Code Ann. § 37-45-45","body":"The schedule of cost in the chancery courts of this state shall apply, where applicable, to the cost accruing or incurred in the proceedings before the commission.\n\nThe cost of the services of said reporter and any other cost provided for in this chapter shall be taxed as a part of the cost of any hearing before the commission.
