Code Ann. § 37-47-37","body":"If it shall appear to the satisfaction of the state bond commission from the request provided for in Section 37-47-35 :\n\n(a) That the estimate of the needs for the then current fiscal year as shown pursuant to the requirement of Section 37-47-35 , requires bonds to be issued in the amount requested; and\n\n(b) That the issue will be within the limitations prescribed by Section 37-47-33 ;\n\nthen it shall be the duty of the state bond commission to issue state school bonds in accordance with said request.","path":["MS Code","Title 37"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"99b00b5f28b706777b4dd9bebdaf0f55765aa525f532a2f79421c1d9b6af2b69","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-37-47-35","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-37-47-39"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
