Code Ann. § 41-11-102","body":"The administration, supervision, duties and all aspects of the Children's Rehabilitation Center shall be transferred to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in a division to be called Division of Children's Rehabilitation. It is the intent that there shall be cooperation between the center, the Blake Center and the Department of Health, Children's Services.\n\nThe University of Mississippi Medical Center is authorized and empowered to minister to the educational, medical and total needs of those affected by cerebral palsy and other crippling conditions which are amenable to such treatment.
