Code Ann. § 41-137-17","body":"(1) Any resident of Mississippi may petition the MDOH to add serious medical conditions or their treatments to the list of debilitating medical conditions listed in Section 41-137-3 . The MDOH shall consider petitions in accordance with its rules and regulations, including public notices and hearings. The MDOH shall approve or deny a petition within sixty (60) days of its submission.\n\n(2) The approval or denial of any petition is a final decision of the MDOH.
