Code Ann. § 41-14-3","body":"In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Mississippi Department of Health shall establish and administer the ICU Infrastructure Program for the purpose of providing funds to hospitals to increase treatment capacity related to the COVID-19 pandemic, including adding intensive care units, isolation rooms or negative pressure rooms, and related construction and facilitation costs, but not to include any administrative expenses or costs or any staffing expenses or costs. For the purpose of this section, “related construction and facilitation costs” is defined as allowing funding for intensive care units, negative pressure rooms, or isolation rooms, related medical equipment and any needed HVAC system alterations to accommodate the negative pressure, isolation rooms and intensive care units.","path":["MS Code","Title 41"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"f7ccca749f5c4be189946615715966db495d88b44acfab171e8fbfff9795a720","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-41-14-11","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-41-14-31"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
