Code Ann. § 41-19-91","body":"(1) Any board of supervisors, mayor and board of selectmen of any city in which Mississippi State Highway No. 50 and United States Highway No. 45 Alternate intersect, are authorized and empowered, in their discretion, to contribute a sum not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) each to a nonprofit corporation, the purpose of which is to develop and operate programs for children with an intellectual disability.
