Code Ann. § 41-20-3","body":"(1) There is created within the Department of Finance and Administration a position to be known as the Coordinator of Mental Health Accessibility. The coordinator shall be appointed by the Executive Director of the Department of Finance and Administration and shall serve at the will and pleasure of the executive director. The executive director shall appoint the coordinator within thirty (30) days from July 8, 2020.\n\n(2) The coordinator must have a master's degree, doctoral degree or juris doctorate from an accredited institution of higher learning and have not less than five (5) years of professional experience.\n\n(3) The coordinator shall be housed at the Department of Finance and Administration.
