Code Ann. § 41-27-105","body":"There shall be three (3) members of the county mosquito control commission composed of the county agricultural extension agent, the county health officer and a rice producer. The county agricultural extension agent and the county health officer shall serve as permanent members by virtue of their office. The rice producer shall be appointed for a term of three (3) years.
