Code Ann. § 41-27-119","body":"The board of supervisors shall furnish office facilities for the commission, and shall pay all expenses of the commission, including reimbursement for expenses per diem, and salaries of employees, out of the funds obtained from the sale of permits. The tax collector of any county in which a county mosquito control program is in effect, may employ such person or persons as are necessary to take such applications and issue such permits.
