Code Ann. § 41-27-121","body":"The county mosquito control commission shall have the right to employ such individuals as are necessary, and to purchase such equipment as shall be necessary, for the application of poison or other mosquito control material to the lands within the county to be planted in rice. The commission shall also have authority to contract with persons, firms or corporations, for the application of poison or other mosquito control material to the lands which will be planted in rice.
