Code Ann. § 41-42-5","body":"The State Board of Health is authorized to receive and disburse such funds as may become available to it for family planning programs to any organization, public or private, engaged in providing contraceptive procedures, supplies, and information. Any family planning program administered by the board may be developed in consultation and coordination with other family planning agencies in this state.\n\nThe board is hereby authorized to adopt and promulgate rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this chapter.\n\nThe board may provide for the dissemination of medically acceptable contraceptive information and supplies by duly authorized persons in state and county health and welfare departments and in medical facilities at institutions of higher learning.","path":["MS Code","Title 41"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"89f837800112c53a0b209f675408f28dbe643e4ccb26846e71b5dbeef2ccafd7","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-41-42-3","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-41-42-7"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
