Code Ann. § 41-59-55","body":"Any emergency medical service district created pursuant to this chapter shall be administered in one of the following manners:\n\n(a) The governing authorities of the participating political subdivisions shall appoint a person or persons, who may be an elected official of such political subdivision, to a board which shall be authorized to promulgate policy for and guide the administration of the activities of the district; or\n\n(b) The governing authorities, by mutual and unanimous agreement, shall appoint an executive manager who shall have full authority over the operation of the district.","path":["MS Code","Title 41"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"76d6da4ada36c6bc67a7b2ac31e98d6212f7eac8386f0979ba05733c7c7be2a0","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-41-59-53","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-41-59-57"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
