Code Ann. § 41-59-69","body":"Annual reports shall be filed with the State Board of Health by the ambulance service permitted to conduct and implement a membership subscription program in the manner and form prescribed by the State Board of Health, which report shall contain the following:\n\n(a) The name and address of the ambulance service conducting the program;\n\n(b) The number of members subscribing to the subscription program;\n\n(c) The revenues generated by subscriptions to the program; and\n\n(d) The name and address of the depository bank in which the reserve fund is deposited and the amount of deposit in said reserve fund.","path":["MS Code","Title 41"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"a4f6d134638a99e6bbbc08a56b424be1d298478da3df7e6be66962aff47079c8","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-41-59-67","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-41-59-7"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
