Code Ann. § 43-15-113","body":"(1) If a license is revoked, the department may grant a new license after:\n\n(a) Satisfactory evidence is submitted to the department, evidencing that the conditions upon which revocation was based have been corrected; and\n\n(b) Inspection and compliance with all provisions of this article and applicable rules.\n\n(2) The department may only suspend a license for a period of time which does not exceed the current expiration date of that license.\n\n(3) When a license has been suspended, the department may completely or partially restore the suspended license upon a determination that the:\n\n(a) Conditions upon which the suspension was based have been completely or partially corrected; and\n\n(b) Interests of the public will not be jeopardized by restoration of the license.","path":["MS Code","Title 43"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"b8e5a7947ead8db6f41c2b53db7e6bb6a385dbe6fc178a43b1a8928e61d2ee51","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-43-15-111","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-43-15-115"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
