Code Ann. § 43-20-13","body":"A license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be renewed upon payment of a renewal fee not to exceed Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) per year, and upon filing by the licensee of a report upon such uniform dates and upon forms provided by the licensing agency, accompanied by a current certificate of inspection and approval by the fire department and the county health department specified in Section 43-20-11 .\n\nAny increase in the fee charged by the licensing agency under this section shall be in accordance with the provisions of Section 41-3-65 .\n\nNo governmental entity or agency shall be required to pay the fee or fees set forth in this section.","path":["MS Code","Title 43"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"8846b5434e857357794fb87962178576e6c5f273e4de0ac1603fff797c79752b","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-43-20-12","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-43-20-14"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
