Code Ann. § 43-21-905","body":"As used in Sections 43-21-901 through 43-21-915 , the following words shall have the following meanings:\n\n(a) “ Facility administrator ” means the principal official of the facility.\n\n(b) “ Facility staff ” means all employees of the facility who are under the supervision of the facility administrator.\n\n(c) “ Juvenile detention facility ” and “ facility ” are synonymous and each means a secure facility that house children who are charged with a delinquent act as defined in Section 43-21-105(j) .\n\n(d) “ Licensing agency ” means the Juvenile Facilities Monitoring Unit of the Department of Public Safety.","path":["MS Code","Title 43"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"c6ac521df9d8b430dd478b91d0fca40860dc2aa01d75e39437fbab93d8d65c20","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-43-21-903","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-43-21-907"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
