Code Ann. § 43-27-121","body":"There is created in the State Treasury a special fund to be known as the “Child Welfare Enhancement Fund,” which shall consist of such monies as provided by law to be deposited in the fund. The fund shall be administered by the Department of Human Services upon appropriations of the monies in the fund by the Legislature.
