Code Ann. § 45-12-13","body":"(1) The State Fire Marshal may promulgate rules and regulations, pursuant to Section 25-43-1 et seq. , necessary to effectuate the purposes of this chapter.\n\n(2) The commissioner in the regular course of conducting inspections of wholesale dealers, agents and retail dealers, as authorized under Section 27-69-1 et seq. , may inspect such cigarettes to determine if the cigarettes are marked as required by Section 45-12-9 .
