Code Ann. § 49-1-4","body":"The Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks shall be the Department of Wildlife Conservation and shall retain all powers and duties granted by law to the Department of Wildlife Conservation, and wherever the term “Department of Wildlife Conservation” appears in any law the same shall mean the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.
