Code Ann. § 49-1-47","body":"The commission is hereby authorized to execute and deliver deeds or other documents to make clear any ambiguity that may exist in any deed or conveyance to it, or to make the deed or conveyance to the commission conform to the intent of the parties as to the estate or rights or easements conveyed.
