Code Ann. § 49-17-527","body":"It is unlawful to:\n\n(a) Fail or refuse to comply with any rule, regulation or order of the commission issued under Sections 49-17-501 through 49-17-531 ;\n\n(b) Fail or refuse to establish, maintain, provide, copy, or permit access to records or reports as required by Sections 49-17-501 through 49-17-531 regulations adopted under Sections 49-17-501 through 49-17-531 ;\n\n(c) Fail or refuse to permit entry or inspection as required by Sections 49-17-501 through 49-17-531 or regulations adopted under Sections 49-17-501 through 49-17-531 ;\n\n(d) Obtain certification through fraudulent representation;\n\n(e) Fail to obtain certification from the commission or the United States Environmental Protection Agency and perform work requiring certification at a job site; or\n\n(f) Fraudulently obtain certification and engage in any lead-based paint activities requiring certification.","path":["MS Code","Title 49"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"c0691d95a2fa9587316cdc55530a294b9945d6ce4d1d1a3950538a29f207ce09","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-49-17-525","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-49-17-529"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
