Code Ann. § 49-17-75","body":"The commission contemplated by Article IV of the above compact shall consist of three (3) members, as follows: One legislator, who may either be a member of the Mississippi State Senate or the Mississippi House of Representatives, to be appointed by the Mississippi Commission on Interstate Co-operation, and two (2) executive officers or employees in the executive branch of the state government whose duties, experience and abilities qualify them for such a position, to be appointed by the governor.
