Code Ann. § 49-19-211","body":"The commission shall adopt and promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary for the implementation of Sections 49-19-201 through 49-19-227 . The commission is authorized to conduct public hearings or otherwise seek the advice, counsel and recommendations of interested owners, associations, industrialists or other persons or groups.
