Code Ann. § 49-27-13","body":"The commission may cause a copy of any application to be mailed immediately to the following parties:\n\n(1) The chief administrative officer in the municipality or municipalities where any part of the proposed activity will be located;\n\n(2) The president of the board of supervisors of any county where any part of the proposed activity will be located;\n\n(3) The Executive Director of the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks;\n\n(4) The county attorney of any county in which any part of the proposed activity will be located or in any county which may be affected by such activity;\n\n(5) The district attorney of any judicial district in which any part of the proposed activity will be located or of any district which may be affected by such activity; and\n\n(6) The Director of the Gulf Regional Planning Commission.","path":["MS Code","Title 49"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"d5844e4e57563cf41f5e5996bef547dbba7b7c9345f2a3cd15929fb028aa742b","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-49-27-11","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-49-27-15"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
