Code Ann. § 49-37-11","body":"The Department of Environmental Quality shall serve as the coordinator for implementation of this chapter. The Department of Environmental Quality shall provide any technical and other support services and personnel as the Mississippi Scientific Information Management System Coordinating Council may require in the performance of its functions.
