Code Ann. § 49-7-68","body":"(1) For purposes of this section:\n\n(a) “ Computer-assisted remote hunting ” means the use of a computer or any other device, equipment or software to remotely control the aiming and discharge of archery equipment, firearms or primitive firearms to take any game animal or bird.\n\n(b) “ Facility for computer-assisted remote hunting ” means the real property and improvements on the property to facilitate computer-assisted remote hunting.\n\n(2)(a) It is unlawful for a person to engage in computer-assisted remote hunting.\n\n(b) It is unlawful for a person to provide or operate a facility for computer-assisted remote hunting if the game animal or bird being hunted is located in this state.\n\n(3) A person violating this section is guilty of a Class I offense and shall be punished as provided under Section 49-7-141 .
