Code Ann. § 49-7-78","body":"For purposes of this section, the term “ canned hunts ” means the practice of providing a hunting opportunity under controlled conditions in which native game animals hunted may not have a reasonable opportunity to avoid the hunter. Canned hunts are prohibited in the state. The commission shall adopt regulations it deems necessary to prohibit and control such hunts.
