Code Ann. § 51-33-107","body":"All proceedings instituted under Section 51-33-105 shall be by petition addressed to the court having jurisdiction of said proceedings, as aforesaid, and, when executed as hereinafter directed, filed with the clerk of said court. Said petition shall be signed by twenty-five per cent (25%) of the landowners owning a majority of the acreage in any of said drainage districts. Any guardian of the estate of any person under legal disability owning lands in said district is hereby authorized to sign said petition for said person or persons under disability and, likewise, the executors, administrators, or trustees of any decedent's estate are authorized to sign said petition for said decedent.
